Arrive AI was founded on April 30, 2020, by our founder Dan O’Toole. Motivated by the challenges faced by businesses in managing complex IT infrastructure, our founder set out to create a solution that combines cutting-edge hardware with an easy-to-use platform under a flexible subscription model. This approach removes the burden of large upfront costs and complex technical management from our customers.

ALM NaaS, or ALM Network as a Service, offers a complete network solution. We handle hardware installation and removal, manage the supporting network infrastructure, and provide a turnkey service. This allows you to focus on your business while we ensure seamless network operations.

The ALM Platform is our software that works with ALM NaaS. It provides a central dashboard, real-time analytics, and is included in a single, affordable monthly subscription, covering both software and network hardware.

ALM NaaS and the ALM Platform are a unified solution, offered through a single, low monthly subscription. ALM NaaS handles the physical network infrastructure, while the ALM Platform provides the digital management tools. This integrated approach delivers a hands-off, seamless experience.

Arrive AI is a privately held company and a C-Corporation raising equity funding under Regulation Crowdfunding – Section 4(a)(6) (see our crowdfunding site here). The Company expects to publicly list its securities through a Nasdaq Direct Public Offering (DPO) upon approval of all regulatory related matters, including the Company’s Nasdaq application. The Company has reserved the Nasdaq ticker symbol of “ARAI”.
